Child Safety
1. Age requirement
Sol is for people 13 and older. Before sign-in, you must confirm that you are at least 13. Sol is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
2. Zero tolerance
We do not allow content that sexualizes minors, grooming, or any sexual content involving anyone under 18. Accounts that break this rule may be removed immediately.
3. Tools in the app
- Report — flag a post, comment, or profile for review.
- Block — hide someone from your feed and lists.
- Delete account — Settings → Delete account removes your profile and content.
4. How we respond
We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. For urgent child-safety issues, email us with the username, a short description, and screenshots if you have them.
5. Parents and guardians
If you believe a child under 13 is using Sol, contact us at wyl2023666@gmail.com. We will investigate and delete the account if appropriate.
